New Staff Training (NST) a comprehensive training program whereby we train our fulltime missionaries. It is meant to bring about life change as the New Staff walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. The training curriculum is designed to prepare the New Staff to grow in their heart for God and secondly for effectiveness in movement building.
Therefore, the New staff participate in the classroom training to shape their attitudes, knowledge and skills; field ministry where the learning is applied, either in a campus/college setting, gcm , digital space or among the leaders, and they meet regularly with their Coach, for modelling the ministry, encouragement and giving/receiving feedback.
